Common Questions

Is Archway really free right now? ▾
Yes — we're in private beta. Everyone who joins the waitlist gets full access for free while we build and refine the product. Pricing kicks in at public launch.
How is Archway different from Fastweb or Scholarships.com? ▾
Those tools match checkboxes. Archway reads the whole student story — activities, background, goals, identity — and uses AI to find scholarships at the intersection of all of those traits. The result is fewer, higher-fit matches rather than a generic list of hundreds.
Are the scholarships real and currently active? ▾
Archway uses a live web scout, not a static database, so it searches for currently open scholarships with real deadlines. We can't guarantee every result, which is why every card links to the source for verification before applying.
Can I use Archway for multiple students in my family? ▾
The Scholar plan covers one student profile. If you have two students, you'd need two Scholar subscriptions, or the Counselor Pro plan (which is designed for bulk student management and is far more cost-effective at scale).
What's the white-label option for counselors? ▾
Independent Educational Consultants (IECs) can present Archway's scholarship reports under their own branding — their logo, color scheme, and domain — making it a seamless extension of their service offering. Available on Counselor Pro and above.
